In a basalt quarry, more precisely, the biggest one in Europe, the ”most beautiful exhibition“ in Europe took place – the Steinexpo 2011.
In the middle of this impressive scenery at this demo show the exhibitors as well as the visitors had the chance to convince themselves of the productivity of our machines respectively the quality of the final material.
Wolfgang Kormann, CEO of the company Rockster Recycler: „It’s a pity that not all of the exhibitors presented their machines in operation. There are already enough exhibitions were the products are only shown without the chance to perform live like the Bauma, Intermat, etc. We took the chance and performed a demo show with recycling of asphalt with the R1100 equipped with the screenbox RS94 and the corresponding return belt. The feeding size of the asphalt at this demo show was partly above one meter, the final size was processed to 0-20 mm. We could prove at the time the customers the average output of 200 to/h.”
Beneath the excellent output of this machine the customers were impressed by the high quality end product in cubic form. The untypical high temperatures for this time up to 35 degrees had only insignificant impact on the recycling procedure of asphalt because the machine is adjustable to all possible requirements.
Among other things we used the exhibition to completely new present the R700S. This impact crusher is a 19.5 to compact crusher which now can be equipped with a screen box. The optional available return belt (for closed circle) can also be used as a stock pile belt. This technical solution was even commented in a positive way from our competitors.
Even though the visitor numbers didn’t match our expectations we take a positive stock out of this exhibition because of a high participation of trade experts and several unexpected deals.
