The new Rockster wind sifter RVB1700 is “blowing away" disturbing impurities
Rockster has developed an air blower retrofit kit for their mobile crushers. With relatively little effort, the final products to be produced can be significantly increased in value. The partially unavoidable contaminations in the crushed material are simply „blown away“. The air blower RVB1700 separates non-mineral components, like paper, wood or foils, from the crushed material. This results in a cleaner and higher quality final product. It is therefore possible for Rockster customers to work more environmentally friendly and more economically.

Non-mineral substances are separated from mineral substances.
The centerpiece of the RVB1700 is a variably adjustable blower, which is connected by flexible hoses to the air nozzle. This air nozzle is adjustable in inclination. Through the narrow slot of the air nozzle, the air emerges and blows diagonally from below through the crushed material, so that the unwanted lightweight materials (e.g., polystyrene, textiles, gypsum, foils, wood, etc.) get removed.

The Rockster RVB1700 air blower is hydraulically operated and can be completely integrated into each Rockster crushing plant.
The "air blower package" is offered as an option by Rockster for new machines.
For existing plants Rockster offers a retrofit kit. This can be installed by the Rockster service team at the headquarters in Austria or on site at the customer.
If the customer has the technical installation options in-house, this retrofit package can also be mounted in-house.
